MyCOPD can help you
Many of our patients already use the myCOPD online information tool , we had plans to roll it out further , but unfortunately coronavirus has come along and made this job more difficult. We are taking a different approach to trying to get the message out to you about this .
In light of the Covid-19 epidemic we want to continue to support you as much as we can and would like to set you up with access to myCOPD
myCOPD is a powerful self-management tool, that can be accessed online and can:
- Help you to improve your inhaler technique
- Reduce your COPD symptoms and risk of are-ups
- Provide education on how to manage your COPD
It is easy to use and can be accessed on almost any device that connects to the internet, including smart-phones, laptops, tablets, and even smart TVs.
We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of this opportunity to use myCOPD to take control and improve your management of your COPD.
If you would like access please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact our practice reception stating that you would like to be able to use myCOPD and that you consent for your details to be shared with the nurses who work for the company who run the myCOPD support .
