How to Book Appointments

Dear patients , this has been a challenging year , and our patients and staff have had to adapt to new ways of accessing healthcare.

Practices will contact you when we are ready to offer you the vaccination. The NHS has defined which groups of patients will get vaccinated first. We will be running vaccination programmes throughout 2021 – but this depends on when we get delivery of the vaccine.

Please consider getting vaccinated against Flu as well as Covid. If you have not had this already. Being vaccinated against flu protect both yourself and those you live and work with.

There are 4 main options for booking GP appointments at present.

  1. Book appointments online via the NHS App NHS App and your NHS account – NHS (www.nhs.uk)
  2. Use NHS 111 online https://111.nhs.uk
  3. Telephone 111 if you need to speak with someone about a health problem and it is not an emergency .
  4. Telephone the practice to speak with the reception team when the practice is open.

Patients can also use the Patches website and app for contacting the practice. The easiest way of accessing patchs website is via your NHS app login.

Please telephone reception if you are not able to use the internet or online services.
