Please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ for all advice regarding the current Coronavirus outbreak.  Please follow the guidelines below for accessing health care from Reedyford Health Care.

VISITING THE PRACTICE
Please only attend the surgery if instructed to do so by a member of the practice team.

TELEPHONE CALLS
As you may be aware, the surgery is receiving an extremely high number of telephone calls. We can assure you that the phone lines are working completely fine but you may have to wait in the queue for longer than usual. We will answer your call as soon as we can.

PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS
Please do not come into the surgery with prescription requests/queries. If you have an issue please telephone the surgery after 10.00am. We will also temporarily be taking prescription requests over the telephone or by email at reedyfordhealthcare@nhs.net. You will be asked to nominate a pharmacy so that we can send the prescription straight to them without anyone having to collect them from the surgery.

APPOINTMENTS
We are currently in the process of changing all of our pre booked appointments to telephone appointments. You should either receive a text message or a telephone call. If you have an appointment booked and you have not had either of the previous, then please ring the surgery for more information.

SICK NOTES
We are currently posting out/sending digitally all sick/fit notes to patients. Please do not come to the surgery to collect or request your sicknote. If you need a sicknote, please telephone the surgery.

AND FINALLY…….
Please remember that we are only human and we have feelings. Please remember to treat our staff with respect. We also understand how frustrated you may be feeling at the moment but please remember we are working extremely hard to keep the surgery running using the best up to date advice that we are given.

Thank you
